I'm currently in week 2 of a 4-week graduated return to work plan, working a partial day with LTD coverage topping up the rest. I've just received a job offer from another employer. If I leave my current job, what are the consequences in terms of LTD? Will I have to pay something back and/or are there other issues I should consider? Will it make any difference if I wait another two weeks and quit once I'm working full-time hours?
