I have had to go on Ltd from a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. My Ltd policy provides 60% of my salary up to a maximum monthly amount of cap. I was fortunate enough to make a salary that reached that cap, whereas the insurance company is only really paying about 45% of my salary. Can the insurance company take my government disability benefits still even if they are not paying the full 60%?

I'm going to email you directly about this question.
