I have called twice to see what is happening with my husbands disability case. First time she searched and finally found the documents and resubmitted them. 2 months later I called and again they can't find any paperwork regarding his application. This is through Manulife/Affinity Personal Accident Insurance. I am self employed. I think I just need a letter to get them moving.
