If I have private Ltd insurance and wish to withdraw some RRSP s to easy my financial burden, does it go against my disability benefit in terms of income? Will my insurance consider the rrsp as money earned? And deduct against my benifit?

It depends on the wording of your LTD policy and specifically the provisions dealing with other income.
