My insurance company cut me off from my benefit payments 3 months ago. I sent them a doctors' note and they reinstated the benefits. As soon as they reinstated the benefit payments they have asked me to have an independent medical assessment with them. Can you please advise if i can refuse and what the reprucussions are.
