I am still a year out from that 'change of definition'. My provider wants to start 'discussing' my ability to return to work or if I can't go back to what I was doing, 'depending on my education & background' doing something else. What? Are they going to go job hunting for me?

For context, I've had 1 knee replacement surgery done, but the surgeon wants me fully healed before she does the second. Have had complications.

Is this standard practice so far out, and what should I on the lookout for?
They have sent me forms to fill out.

I'm going to email you about this directly.
