Can you help with WSIB after being injured in the workplace? My payments have been cut substantially because my worker feels that I should be able to work after 5.5 years after being injured at work and being diagnosed with PTSD. She has had me do further testing which supports my claim. I am currently waiting to hear if my payments will be reinstated and paid retroactively until April of this past year.
