Wsiat tribunal denied WSIB claim for work related Whiplash injury from 2017, the whole reason for going to Wsiat, they said it should have resolved after 6-8 weeks, they did not approve the injury back in 2017 after a slip on broken tile. They approved a low back injury only. I still attend physiotherapy weekly for the post concussion syndrome that is permanent. My question is what are next steps in order to get the injury approved, also the Tribunal Chair person was a 30 year appeals resolution officer of WSIB, I thought this person was biased and not impartial. How can the tribunal deny a injury that was never approved by wsib

I am sorry but we do not deal with WSIB claims. We only deal with Short Term and Long Term Disability.
