working as a Pilot for local Calgary Aviation service (oil field) .
employment contract requires training bond to be repaid over 2 years service ($18000.00).
1 year into it , required Heart surgery (stent) , lost medical for pilot license .
6 months after the re-medical application steps to regaain Medical are starting .
I don't feel up to completing my next year , slight pain's (angina and to other parcially blocked arteries ) .
On LTD now , would rather stay on LTD on retirement in 1.5 years at 65 .
Would like to avoid paying outstanding training bond .

You can only remain on LTD if you are unable to perform the duties of your job. If you remain unable to work and are cut off despite that, let us know and we can discuss your legal options. Our contact info is below.
