I was working at my job for 4 years and i got the covid virus 11/2020. My primary Dr. diagnoised me as a long hauler. Im on short term disability right now and in the proset of long term disability. I received a email from Fidelity about my 401k wanting to know how i wanted to handle my 401k plan do to that i no longer am associated with my employer any longer.
