I have been of work since November 2021 for lower back pain Lc 4 LC 5 disc touching the nerve plus I was also diagnosed PTSD server depression ,anxiety ,panic attacks and paranoia I’m with Canada life insurance I was on STD and ended now as of 2023 mid January I started my LTD had so many adjusters I did some of there back to work programs but it just made it worse the sent me to CBI Health they stop treatment .
should I get a lawyer now they are still paying me but I’m afraid they mite cut me off , my doctor recommend me to apply for CPPD which I did still waiting on that . So what should I do thank you .
