I've been on LTD from work (no long employed) and CPP disability since 2019. My questions are, can work insurance benefit payment be adjusted with inflation due to cost of living that keeps increasing? My CPP disability payment is tax deductible and the insurance that goes to the insurance in full. I'm I entitled to ask for the taxes am paying due to the taxable benefit?

Unfortunately, your insurer only has the obligation to adjust your benefits yearly if your LTD policy states they have too. You can review your policy to see if there is any cost of living increase or adjustment provisions within.
As for the tax status of your CPP Disability, we recommend applying for the Disability Tax Credit to help offset this cost. The insurer generally doesn't need to cover the taxable portions of CPP Disability.
