Hi, I am Currently on LTD and I will be going back to work soon. Am I allowed to go to a different workplace when my LTD ends or do I need to go back and work at the job that I have been on disability with. Also if I choose to stay at my current job am I allowed to work part time at a new job when I haven't been approved to work my full time hours yet. For context they are not the same type of job.

Typically, the insurer does not care what employer you return too. You would need to consult your employer handbook to determine if you can work elsewhere. If you are on a gradual return where the insurer is topping you up, you typically need to disclose all employment income.
