WCB denied permeant review after I submitted new evidence from my dr stating I have reached MMI, and I have been approved for the CDPP, but wcb Alberta is saying I’m not up for review until 2027. Currently I am temp totally disabled with wcb

Unfortunately, we don't practice WCB law here. But I can recommend that you contact Gosal and Company at: https://www.wcblawyers.com/ OR 604-591-8187.

You can also read about certain other provincial and federal government assistance programs that may be available to you on our website, at: https://stlawyers.ca/disability-law/faq/government-income-support-programs/ (not an exhaustive list).

That said, if you have an LTD policy/question, please let us know.
