I have been waiting for hip surgery for 6 years.
My question is why am I not able to sue or hold AHS - ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES - criminally liable for ignoring my claim for so long?
Am I Special - just go through life with Chronic Pain
Please help with a reference or option
