Is Surveillance by a big 3 insurer more likely at the beginning of your claim or around the change of definition? Is one less likely to be under surveillance once you are past your change of definition, on long duration/maintenance now and also been approved for CPPD?
I have never seen any empirical data on when in the process surveillance is most or least likely to be conducted, so unfortunately any opinion I would have on that would be conjecture.
