I suffered a back injury at work on April 5/24 and on WCB STD and now LTD. They are saying it's all soft tissue as the CT and the MRI came up negative. It's been 8 months and been to a physiotherapist for 4 months, including an 8 week OR2 program, still unable to work. Now they're sending me to pain management on the 14th Dec. I am limited in movement and still a 7-8 in pain out of 10. Can they force me back to work as they've threatened?

It's just a little unclear if it's your LTD insurer, WCB, or your employer who is trying to force you back to work, and how they're trying to do it, so I'm just going to email you directly for some more information.
