Ask your question and a Long-term Disability Lawyer in Canada will answer in minutes
Hello,
I suffer from Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a chronic, severe pain condition that usually affects an arm or a leg, typically developing after an injury, surgery, stroke, or heart attack and Fibromyalgia.. I am already on CPPD and PWD for my disabilities.
I heard , I heard it's very DIFFICULT to be approved by the government for Disability Tax Credit and Canada Disability Benefit.
I have "invisible " conditions... But unable to work at all. If I can get approved it would help me greatly monthly for my small income.
Thank you for any guidance.
Unfortunately, we don't practice Disability Tax Credit (DTC) law here. To find a lawyer with that specialization, I would suggest contacting your provincial law society's referral service. That said, step 1 to getting approved would be to speak to your doctor about the application forms, and making sure that they are willing to support you.
