I want to know if I can sue my employer for sustaining a permanent injury in the work place??
After being on WSIB for 6 months. Its my back I feel it’s worth a secondary investigation

Typically, if your employer has WSIB coverage, that protects them from individual lawsuits for injuries. WSIB should be covering any injury, missed time off work, etc. If they aren't properly doing so, you should find a WSIB specific lawyer for assistance. Unfortunately, that's not an area of law we practice here.
