I was quite ill when submitting my LTD application and struggling cognitively a lot. I believe I may have put the incorrect date for last date worked but im not sure. My last date worked was different from the last date I was paid for because I took sick time before deciding i could not return. I indicated my last day worked as the last day I was at work wworking but my last day paid was a different day. The last day paid is noted on my ROE and is different than my last day worked as indicated on my application. Does this matter?
If you believe you made an error, you could email your case manager and just let them know. Typically, the insurer is looking for last day physically working, not necessarily when you were paid last as pay cycles do vary.
