I’m entitled to my 26 week
I have as approved for LTD and was asked to apply for CPP and was approved
CPP paid their portion to Manulife, but there was 1 week that overlapped and within the 26 week
I repaid that amount , but now since I retired they sent me a letter stating I owe them 8,000 in overpaid wages
They are not treating it like a collateral payment and think they’re owed 6 weeks worth of wages
