I was on STD claim for anxiety/depression for 2 weeks to the end of August 2022. I returned to work but missed multiple days and then went off on medical leave again November 10 and a new claim was started. Should the Nov 10 leave be treated as a recurrent disability and does it matter? The recurrence limit is within 2 months. The insurance company is denying my new claim because they say there is no evidence that I am totally disabled.
