I am on LTD and have started a gradual return to work to full time. My disability relates to bipolar disorder.

In order for me to be healthy and balanced, I know how important it is to take care of my health and volunteer to give me a sense of purpose.

What should a tell my insurance/employer to ensure that I will not be required to go to a full-time schedule?
Since, a full-time schedule is not sustainable for me long term.

Generally this type of information should come from your treating healthcare providers. Both your insurer and your employer should be listening to their recommendations and if either tries to push you into working against your doctors advice, contact us ASAP and we'll help.
