I was on short term sickness for 6 months and have been on LTD the last 4 years. I have not received an increase in my monthly payment for the last 3 years. The union has received increases in pay in 2022 and 2023 and again in early 2024. My work LTD plan states” Persons receiving benefits shall receive the same increases to their benefit level as do the employees covered by the terms and conditions of this collective agreement receive in wage increases “. Is there usually a delay in getting the raises on my LTD. Thank you very much.
