Do severe concussions qualify for LTD? My sister has been denied but her medical team say I am not able to work. She has been off work now since Jan 3 2022. She is a teacher. OTIP is denying her. Her union did not make access to services available. She’s been invited to appeal. All medical appointments and details of appointments at the local brain injury clinic are available. I think she should seek legal advice. She has been paying all PT and OT expenses out of pocket.
