I am a first responder currently on wsib for ptsd(almost 2 years) my therapist declared maximum medical recovery and stated that I am unable to return to my job or the department as a whole. My employer wants to terminate me as a result of frustration of contract. Will I be eligible for severance for my 22 years of service? Thank you for your time
