I am on LTD and it has been recommended by my doctor that I continue physio and massage therapy. I have since used all my personal allowances for these services and am now to pay out of pocket. The insurance company said they would continue to pay for these services but only if provided by their sponsored facility? Am I entitled to any addition coverage/benefits in this situation? Without these treatments my conditions will only worsen, making my recovery and potential return to work less likely. Do I have any options?

Unfortunately, unless your policy states they have an obligation to pay for all treatment, your insurer is not required to provide these benefits. You could ask that you remain with your current providers as they have been with you for X amount of time and understand your situation and treatment best, but they may still refuse.
