I am currently receiving a LTD payment from Beneva (formerly SSQ). During a marriage separation or divorce, will spousal support, or a lump sum pension buyout (from spouse), affect the LTD payment that I am receiving.
You will need to review your LTD policy to determine if your insurer can offset either sources of income. Unfortunately each policy is different so I can't say for certain.
