I am currently receiving medical EI and waiting for my LTD work benefits to be approved. I am wondering if there is anyway the insurance company would be allowed to reduce my retroactive payments because I received income through medical EI? Or would I be entitled to my full amount of LTD benefits regardless of medical EI? Thank you.
