If I only receive Ltd for 10 months of the year , because I was a 10 month emlpoyee( EA in sd71) do I get my cppd payments for the 2 months I am not receiving LTD?

You would get your CPPD payments all 12 months of the year. But in the 10 months that you were also entitled to LTD, the LTD insurer would deduct the CPPD payment from what they owe you.
