Hello: My question is due to my company changing my job over 2 years ago and now this new job is causing stress and panic attacks. I never had this before. I was wonder how do I go ahead and take stress leave? Do I let them know first that I want to take it or do I go to my doctor and then turn in a note? Im at a point where I would rather walk away but being at the company for over 20 years its hard and I feel like Im letting my team down. What steps should I take?

If your employer is unilaterally changing aspects of your job, I recommend speaking with one of our employment lawyers ASAP to discuss your rights. In terms of going on leave, you'll need to provide medical support first and foremost to start the medical leave. You can reach our employment team at 1-855-821-5900 for more information
