If you have a pre-existing condition which required you to go on LTD for 2 years, but might be able to return to work soon, can I apply and interview at different companies without compromising my LTD? If I do receive a new job, I understand LTD with my current employer would end, but would I qualify for the new employers LTD benefits (should I need it again) if forced on leave again due to the same disease/condition?
