Is PPPD considered a long term disability? I have been diagnosed with this and haven’t worked for a while.

Any health condition can be considered a long term disability if it satisfies the applicable disability test. Typically in LTD claims, for the first 2 years, you have to prove that you are not able to do the duties of your own occupation. After 2 years, you have to prove that you are not able to do any occupation for which you are trained by education or experience, which pays a commensurate amount to your pre-disability salary.
