Hi my physician has referred me to a specialist fror a consultation. The specialist sent her consultation notes to my physician after. My physician has cleared me based on this consultation and her assessment to return to work. my OHS department is requesting the consultation notes. the specialist declined to write a letter and instead send her notes to the reffering physian.
I am out of STD and now I have to apply for EI while the employer has been reviewing my case since January 2024.
