I have been off of work since January 24/23 regarding Covid and mental health as a result of stress and mental anxiety working through vivid in the healthcare system. The difficulty or challenge is for having Covid I am receiving WCB benefits and the adjudicator continues to call and send email requests about more information needed to determine the box it should fit into. The adjudicator has spoken to the psychologist and she still wants me to fill out a list of employees who harassed and bullied me. I explained to her that management told her they dealt with it. I further stated that my claim isn’t about bullying and harassment it’s about psychological effects from over the years of being harassed etc. and the lingering effects of Tom to and working during Covid and then getting Covid while the harassment happened. The adjudicator still wants a list. Honestly I feel like the adjudicator is not listening to the psychologist or me. I have no LTD because of age and they no longer take it from my pay. How can I resolve this and peacefully be left alone without worry or anxiety to mentally get to a healthier place. I received approximately 7-8 phone calls in under two weeks from WCB. The adjudicator calls every week. This doesn’t allow me time to start healing. It makes me anxious and overwhelmed. My brain can’t wrap around what is happening. I provided a lot of information to the adjudicator. The psychologist has as well. The report from the psychologist isn’t complete yet.

I am going to email you about this directly.
