I’ve been off work and on disability since 2020 I just got a call from blue cross saying they want to now send me to a functional scan with life mark do I have to apply or can I ask my Dr to refer me to one of her own. I’m worried that they will say I’m fine cause they are hired from Blue Cross

You can ask your insurer where in the policy it states you must attend this, however, typically most policies do give the insurer to right to such.
