I was on LTD and could not go back to my job so I took an early retirement at a loss and the insurance company is topping up the difference . They are now asking me to apply for CPPD. I am 61 with RA and have worked over 40 years what is my likelihood of being approved for CPPD

In order to be approved for CPPD, you would need to show evidence that you suffer a "severe and prolonged" disability from working. You can see the definitions of these terms on their website.

That said, I would need to speak with you and see your medical file to give you a proper opinion on your chances of approval.
