Hello I'm on Ltd with Manulife and also recieve Cpp Ltd. My employer wants my doctor to answer questions if I'm fit to perform my regular duties or are there any limitations I require if I go back. Also my future prognosis on returning to work with or without limitations. They also want consent of release of medical information form. I was under the impression that manulife was handling the return to work and I feel uncomfortable releasing my medical to work personel.
