I had major surgery and my doctor advised I take 2 more months off to heal. My longterm disability said because I am not fully disabled I don't qualify anymore and said they were ending my claim. I know I am unable to go back to work at full capacity, does disability have to offer a back to work gradual program or can they just cut me off ?
