Hi there, I've been on maintenance since 2020, but it was only last year that I've had to start doing paperwork (my doctor had to confirm I was still unable to work). My issue is my mental health, so I'm actively seeing a therapist on a regular basis. I do check in with my GP occasionally, but wonder how often it's necessary as my treatment is therapy and he isn't the one treating me...but he is the one who the insurance company deals with for paperwork etc. Honestly I feel uncomfortable talking to him more than once every few months because I just feel I'm repeating the same stuff over and over... just making sure I'm doing the right thing!

I'm going to email you about this directly.
