I am on long term disability and I am approaching the two year mark. Is there anything I need to do?

Your insurer will likely ask that you fill out a bit more paperwork or forms as you approach this timeline, so you'll want to ensure that both you and your doctors fill out the required documents on time. Otherwise, as long as you have medical support showing that you're still disabled from working, the insurer should continue your payments. If they try to end them for any reason, contact us ASAP and we will help (our contact information is below)
