I am on LTD since July 2024 due to mental health. I am being seen by a psychiatrist. My mental health was caused by the type of job i'm doing. My insurance wants me to go back to work on at first modified schedule. I am not ready. Do i have to agree?

If you have medical support to support that you should not be working, then your insurer shouldn't be pushing you back. Talk to your doctor to figure out their recommendations, and give us a call so we can go through your options (phone number is below)
