I am on LTD and my insurer lately has been emailing saying URGENT you need to respond right away, ASAP, immediately, along those lines, and then saying they have to talk to me to get an update or they will not be able to approve payment for this month. Before they called for updates but now its always rushed and feels like they are threatenig cutting me off if I dont respond IMMEDIATELY as they say. Is this a tactic? Its just giving me soooo much anxiety that I feel frozen and can't call but if I don't they will cut me off.
