My insurance company is not paying anymore (payout was sparse prior) because my dr had not released a CT scan. However, they do have access from my OHIP release. My doctor has filled out every form and questionnaire, returned every thing they sent to him to be filled out. They still refuse to pay. What can be done?

I'm so sorry to hear this. If you remain disabled from working, your insurer should still be paying you. Please contact our team ASAP at 1-888-990-9646 and we will set you up to speak with one of our lawyers (at no charge) to discuss your options.
