I was injured at work while doing a short term contract that was significantly lower pay than I normally receive (and much less that our Guild’s standard) I’ve been on WSIB for almost 2 years now and I’m unable to return to my original job.
Regarding my payments, I’m wondering if they should be paying me the reduced rate that I was on for the contract I was injured on (which is 50% less than what I would normally be making)
Or do I have an argument to get them to evaluate my last 2 years of earnings and pay me based on my overall average earnings? Living on such a reduced wage for such an extended period of time has been difficult.

I'm going to email you about this directly.
