Ihave been placed on long term due to needing a left hip replacement and mostly likely both knees. Had hip done June 17/24 still recovering. But if my surgeon decides to due a knee or possibly both before I return to work. Can the insurance company cut off my longterm, knowing full well that I needed hip replacement and possible two knees.

Typically, you should continue to receive benefits as long as you remain medically disabled and have doctor support. Your insurer should not cut you off before you're cleared to return to work. If they try, contact us ASAP and we will help (my phone number is below)
