My husband had knee surgery on April 4th and is currently off work on disability insurance. His insurance company has asked him to return to work full time. He has a desk job and is able to work. He has been going to physiotherapy and needs to do daily rehab exercises. He would like to work part time so he can have the time and energy to do the rehab exercises. Can his insurance company ask him to work full time? Is my husband required to use his personal time for the rehab exercise?

I'm going to email you about this directly.
