My husband has Hairy Cell Leukemia and has been off work since spending 66 days in hospital Dec 19 2019 - Feb. 24 2020. He is on long-term disability through work and on CPP disability. The doctor just said he can go back to work, but only 1 hr a day. His work called and wants him to sign off as terminated due to "frustration of contract". They say he will keep his LTD - but how can we trust Manulife will keep paying once he is no longer employed? He is just turning 57 years old, and has worked for the company for 29 years. Any advice? Thank you.

I'm going to email you about this directly.
