Hi, my husband is on DI and approaching 65 yrs. He continues to be totally disabled. Is there any chance benefits can continue past 65 with the CPP and OAS off-sets? It is a group policy.

If you're referring to an LTD policy with an insurance company, most of them end at age 65, but you can confirm that by getting a copy of your policy and reviewing for yourself.

Other types of benefits may end at different times/ages.

If you're in a union, please consult a union member as well for additional information.
