Hello,

I was hurt on the job as a labour re enforcing ten ft x ten.ft cages for concrete mouldings.
The area and team I was in was called Jack in pipe.
My Question is if I can’t do that job anymore because if my injuries.
Then am I disabled also I have a mental illness because of all this. It’s been over a year, they can’t do anything more.
Am I permanently disabled ?

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.
In terms of your question, it does depend on what benefits program you're dealing with. Our firm specializes in LTD matters, where to be eligible for benefits, you generally need to be considered disabled from your own occupation. However, provincial programs and WCB benefits have their own criteria. We unfortunately don't deal with either, however. If you have any questions or issues with LTD insurance benefits, please contact us for more information.
